Coffee people talk about traceability; spice people rarely get asked. We apply the same rule to both: if we can't name where it grew, we don't sell it, brew it, or blend it.

The coffee chain

Green beans from named estates — Chikmagalur and Coorg in India, Ethiopian and Colombian lots for the UAE menu — roasted to order by certified partner roasters, shipped directly to you. We co-brand with roasters we'd stake the cafe on; we never white-label a mystery roast.

The spice chain

Cardamom from Idukki, ginger from Kerala and the hills, saffron from Kashmir and Iran, Assam CTC from named gardens. Our house blend is milled and packed by a certified partner on order — small batches, full traceability, nothing sitting in a warehouse losing its voice.
